How to get started:
Step 1. Book your appointment time below.
Step 2. You will then be directed to a payment page to secure your booking. Unpaid bookings will be deleted after 3 hrs to keep booking slots open.
Step 3. You will then receive an email with two important steps to finalize your booking:
E-sign the MAT Client Consent Form
Complete the Session Intake Form
You need to complete the forms at least 24 hrs before your session with me to ensure that I am fully prepared for your session. If there is no form, then your session will be refunded.
