In this clip, I’m sharing something important I’ve integrated into my Metaphysical Anatomy Technique. Trauma doesn’t stay active because we “haven’t tried hard enough.” It stays active because the nervous system is still flagging certain memories as dangerous. Through gentle bilateral eye movements (what I call Reprocessing Eye Movement), we help the brain and body re-flag traumatic memories — from threat to safety. Breath is one of the most overlooked yet powerful tools for emotional regulation and nervous system healing. When the body is overwhelmed, triggered, or stuck in survival mode, the breath is often the first thing to change — and the fastest way back to safety. There is a quiet exhaustion that comes from caring deeply — especially when you’re the one others lean on.
