How the grounding exercise started:

When Viktor was living in the USA, he met a man from South Africa who was a medical doctor, who had his own practice in Australia. Unaware, his radiology machine broke and there was mercury going into his carpet. For 1 - 2 years, he worked in that office continuing to inhale the mercury and became extremely ill to the point where modern medicine couldn’t help him and his condition was incurable.  In China town in Sydney, this Dr. met an old Chinese lady and she taught him these 3 powerful movements to help him ground as well as to get energy moving correctly in his body again.  Slowly his condition became better and he has fully recovered now. This technique is very closely related to Qi-Gong.
